HPH is a family-owned commercial property company, which was incorporated in 1955.
Based in Bath, the Company operates throughout the South West of England, focusing particularly on Bath and North-East Somerset and Wiltshire.
HPH is involved in all areas of the property cycle including land acquisition, development, letting, management, investment and refurbishment.
The Company does not act as property agents. All purchases and developments are funded internally. The properties that HPH retain are leased and managed directly by the Company.
HPH centres its business on the needs of occupiers with the aim of delivering property as a service that contributes to the success of the organisations it supplies.
