Headford Group, 8 Apex Court
HPH Commercial Property has completed a letting of the first floor of popular business premises Apex Court in Bristol.
The Headford Group, which provides specialist recruitment support for job seekers and recruitment managers, has moved its operation including 12 employees, from Aztec West to the unit on the Almondsbury Business Park in north Bristol.
Apex Court has made a name for itself as a business destination for with its purpose built modern office accommodation providing quick and easy access to motorway, rail and air links.
The 1773 square foot open plan accommodation now occupied by The Headford Group was completely refurbished and facilities include a fitted Kitchenette, shower room, 8 car parking spaces, access control and an intruder alarm. The 5 year lease on the premises was secured through agents Jones Lang LaSalle.
The Headford Group says that the move is a positive step forward, allowing the company the opportunity for expansion in the future whilst providing employees with a modern, welcoming environment in which to work.
