THE FROCK EXCHANGE
Address to impress
THE FROCK EXCHANGE
Kingsmead Square is set to become a new Bath fashion destination as HPH Commercial Property has secured a new tenant in the form of start up business The Frock Exchange for its ground and basement floor property at Number 10.

The entrepreneurs behind The Frock Exchange, an outlet where sellers can turn unwanted designer garments into cash, Tracey Sugg and Tracie Grant, identified the Kingsmead Square location as ideal for their new concept.

“We feel that Bath is a great place for the Frock Exchange because of its cosmopolitan feel,” said Tracie Grant, “and the unit on Kingsmead Square ticks all the boxes. We wanted a location that would see a high amount of footfall but that was not on the high street, in a building that had atmosphere and class.”

Lindsay Holdoway, Managing Director of HPH Commercial Property, which has its own offices in the vicinity, added that: “Kingsmead Square contains a diverse mix of businesses including cafes, restaurants, offices and retail operations. The Frock Exchange will complement these and help to bring a new audience to the area. We’re confident that this is a good long term location that will enable the business to thrive.”

HPH Commercial Property specialises in acquiring, managing and leasing retail, industrial and office buildings within the South West. For more information visit www.hph.co.uk
