The Wheelwright’s Arms Monkton Combe
This characterfull public house and restaurant situated in the picturesque village of Monkton Combe near Bath was acquired by HPH in 2005.

HPH then carried out an extensive external refurbishment to bring the 300 year old listed building back to full repair. The building was then let to Ailsa Bars Ltd who carried out their own extensive internal refurbishment to provide an attractive pub/restaurant with 7 comfortable hotel rooms in an adjacent stable block and an attractive external seating area. The building also has car parking for approximately 20 cars.

The Wheelwright’s Arms has now become a popular destination for residents and visitors to Bath being located only 3 miles from the city centre and yet in a peaceful rural setting with many local walks close by. For more information on the Wheelwright Arms please see www.wheelwrightsarms.co.uk
