Bath based HPH Commercial Properties has completed the acquisition of two properties in the South West.
The first, Apex Court at Almondsbury, Bristol is a 5,500 sq ft office building” with 17 on site car spaces located immediately adjacent to the M4 / M5 interchange north of Britol. Tenants include Aepona Ltd who occupy two floors and provide telecoms services to the nearby offices of Orange.
HPH will provide active management at both the properties and landlord & tenant services to add value for the existing occupiers.
The second acquisition is of a 22,000 sq. ft. industrial building in Crewkerne. The building is currently let on a 9 year lease, at a rent of £ 77,500 pa to W & J TOD Aerospace who employ 120 people and have just won a £multi-million contract with B/E Aerospace to provide aircraft flooring plinths.
