HPH Provides the Complete Package for Elms Cross
HPH Commercial Property has helped two tenants to expand their businesses by converting one of its existing units at the Woodland Business Estate.
The company which has a reputation for offering a variety of support to its tenants has refurbished the 6,000 sq ft unit with a new mezzanine floor, office space and full refitting, including energy efficient LED lighting throughout, together with a host of other energy saving and low carbon features.
HPH turned the refurbishment around in a tight timescale of just 16 weeks, allowing Elms Cross Packaging to move their operation from HPH’s Northlands Industrial Estate in Warminster. Their former unit is now being fully refurbished to allow Giles Foods, owned by Warburton’s Bakery, to expand.
Andrew Kelly, managing director of Leonard Gould, parent company of Elms Cross said, “HPH approached us at exactly the right time as we were ready to expand. As a company they have been really supportive, going above and beyond the call of duty to refurbish the building to our needs. As a result, the move from Warminster to Westbury has gone very smoothly.”
Lindsay Holdoway of HPH added “We were very pleased to be able to offer Elms Cross a fully upgraded unit which in turn enabled the expansion of Giles Foods in Warminster. Elms Cross have the benefit of our sustainable approach to all our properties and the new premises will offer a far better working environment and reduced overheads. We calculate that replacing the previous lighting with all new LED fittings with occupancy sensors will result in a 74% reduction in the power cost for lighting alone.”
The move means that Woodland Business Estate is again fully let, with all of HPH Commercial Property’s existing industrial units in the west Wiltshire area fully occupied.
