Bewley House is located in a prominent position in central Chippenham. It is a short walk from the railway station and the town’s shopping area.
Chippenham has a vibrant town centre with a lot to offer. The town has a large shopping area and various retail parks which are home to an array of high street chains, coffee outlets, restaurants and public houses. The town also enjoys Purple Flag Status for its nightlife.
Staying true to its history as a market town, Chippenham still hosts two hugely popular street markets every Friday and Saturday. For those more active, Chippenham has a leisure centre in the town, which is a ten minute walk from Bewley House and has a very good cycle path network.
Bewley House has easy access to the M4 with Bristol, Swindon and Bath all within a 30 minute drive. Bath Spa Railway Station is just 11 minutes away and the journey time to London Paddington will reduce to a little over an hour following the completion of the electrification project. Capacity and service frequency will also increase. A significant upgrade programme has started at Chippenham Railway station.
HPH continue to upgrade Bewley House, refurbishing the office space and services bringing it up to modern standards and improving its efficiency.
Bewley House boasts an array of green credentials including LED energy efficient lighting, intelligent lighting in stairwells, high performance window film, electric vehicle charging points and efficient heating system with remote monitoring and access. Last year HPH were able to reduce the building’s carbon footprint by more than 25% year on year.

There are two separate male and female wc areas on each floor, and disabled wc facilities within the shared elements of the building.
