HPH Sponsors Bike Bath 2016
HPH Ltd and Hawke Ridge Business Park have been announced as sponsors of Bike Bath - the annual cycling event which takes place in the city on Sunday 3rd July 2016.
Approaching its 5th year, the event attracts cyclists of all abilities who are invited to sign-up for distances of either 25, 50 or 80 miles.
The routes will head out towards Warminster and Salisbury Plain and will also pass through the pretty, historic village of Lacock before riders return back to Bath’s Recreation Ground.
For those wanting to take on a cycling challenge and fund raise, Bike Bath has partnered with Dorothy House Hospice, which is celebrating 40 years of care.
It is a cause close to the heart of HPH Ltd. In 2012 a team of 11 cyclists, lead by Managing Director Lindsay Holdoway and his son Will, completed a 1,300km cycle ride along the Danube. The challenge raised over £20,000 for the charity.
HPH Ltd has been a supporter of Bike Bath since its inception in 2012. Managing Director Lindsay Holdoway said, “Bike Bath is a brilliant event for the city, it helps to get people active and to enjoy the scenic West Country on two wheels. Encouraging people to cycle more also fits with HPH’s own ethos of environmental responsibility and sustainability. We’re encouraged to see how the event has grown in popularity over the years and we’re looking forward to taking part on 3rd July.”
Registration to the event is now open. You can enter as an individual or as a team for any of the routes. Please visit the website www.bikebath.co.uk for further information or email email@example.com
